About Me
I am an 18 year-old high school senior living in Seattle, Washington and interested in everything to do with creative writing, Spanish, non-profit work, and international cultures.
My written work has been published in/recognized in The Seattle Times, The University of Washington, The Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, and Teen Ink, and I am the editor-in-chief of my school literary magazine.
Coming from a city dominated by tech and STEM, I feel like writing skills can often be treated as non-essential. Thus, as a passionate storyteller and flash-fiction enthusiast, I started this blog to support young writers and spread interest in this incredible craft. I hope to continue to provide resources to show middle and high schoolers that it is more than possible to tap into love for writing and a writing community even in a world of STEM.
